User Agreement
This Agreement provides the terms and conditions governing the JetBits Channels service on the (jetbits.com/channels), hereafter referred to as the 'Site.' Membership on the Site provides registered Members (each a 'Member') with a package of content and services. JetBits may, at its discretion, add or delete features. By registering as a Member, you agree to use the Site in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions discussed below.
Service Guidelines
JetBits provides Channels and the associated storage space for it's content in a dedicated area (http://jetbits.com/channels).
We do not endorse or take responsibility for any opinions expressed by You. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by You due to Your use of JetBits Channels. You are solely responsible for Your activities while using JetBits and indemnify us against any claim resulting from Your use of JetBits which breach our terms.
Your Channel is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes, including selling or offering ringtones, games or other content for download on mobile phones and other wireless devices either directly through your channel or via third party links accessed via your channel.
JetBits is not responsible for the content of any channel. JetBits does not review Channels in any way before they appear. JetBits reserves the right to remove any text, file from the channels.
JetBits provides space for Channels, but makes no implied or express warranties about the reliability of these pages. JetBits is not responsible for any damage caused by loss of access to, or deletion or alteration of channels; individual Members are responsible for monitoring and creating backups of their channel's content.
The following is a non-exclusive list of actions and content that are not permitted on the Site:
Any use of copyrighted material without the express permission of the author or owner. Pages that exploit the images of children under 18 years of age. Material that is grossly offensive to the JetBits Community, including clear expressions of bigotry, racism, or hatred. Pages that promote illegal activity. Material that defames, abuses or threatens others. Use of a channel as storage for remote loading or as a door or signpost to another home page, whether inside or beyond JetBits. Inclusion of banners in a channel.
Limitations of Liability and Warranty
The Member agrees that the use of the JetBits services is entirely at the Subscriber's own risk. The JetBits Channels service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Furthermore, neither JetBits nor any third-party content provider makes any warranty with respect to any content, information provided through or in conjunction with the channels.
The Member/Non-Member specifically agrees that JetBits or third-party content providers are not liable for any conduct by Members/Non-Members associated with the site, including, but not limited to, channel topics, files, polls, or links.
Termination of Service
JetBits may terminate membership and any information, communications, postings, or files at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates this Agreement or other policies or guidelines set out by JetBits elsewhere on the site.
Merger Clause
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes any other agreement, proposals and communications, written or oral, between JetBits representatives and the Member. JetBits may amend this Agreement at any time with notice from JetBits to the Member as published on the Site.
