Channel owner is responsible from the activity of the channel. If you create a channel you have to administrate it and make sure all activity is legal. For example if a subscriber of your channel post a topic about things which are against terms and conditions of JetBits, you have to delete them as soon as possible.
Our admins are monitoring all channel activities so if they see an inappropriate message, file, graphic etc.. your channel will be deleted and you'll be banned. If you don't want to take the risk, make your channel private from preferences menu. This way only the people you allowed can join your channel and write to your message boards.
