Someone saw a poster at a road side written property 4 sale! so he call the number on it, and he was giving direction to the seller place.
So on arriving, the seller took him to a main road and said mark here, the man said okay and he marked it, the seller now took him from there to a 3km distance and said do u recongnised the place u marked? The man said yes, the seller now said okay good!, look i'm selling this road from where u marked to here, so how much u gonna buy it?..
The buyer was speechless
