What is a drone? See image.  A drone is a machine or device used for different purposes such as cinematic uses, monitoring of animals in the wild, it is used to observe the topography of a place, in some cases used as a spy. |

WHAT MAKES UP A DRONE? A drone is made up of materials like 1. A frame- can be mame from plastic,wood or carbon fibre but the most common is carbon fibre because of its light weight and tensile strength. 2.motors-usually brushless (bldc) or brushed (bhdc) 3.propellers 4.batteries 5.electronic speed controllers 6.flight controllers 7.power distribution board etc I would upload the images of each one by one for a better understanding |

2. THE MOTOR PART 1 BHDC. The kind of motor used would determine the efficiency of u drone how high it would go and how long it can last. A bhdc motor is mostly used for mini drones though they can create lift but they are nt very efficient for carrying extra load See images of a bhdc motor  |

A bhdc motor weighs under from 8-12 grms my own weighs 8grms. U can get them from cameras, printers or a faulty drone

2.THE MOTOR PART 2 BLDC. BLDC motors are the main drone motors they are very powerful although heavy but very much efficient for carrying heavy duty in big drones. these motor comes with kv ratings such as 2210kv which is very powerful and good for beginners. A bldc motor gives a good weight to thrust ratio (these means that it can lift up to three time of its weight) it weighs from 20-100grms See the image of a 2210kv bldc motor  |

3. PROPELLERS. Drone propellers are made from either plastic, wood or carbon fibre. but the most efficient is carbon fibre because of light weight and lift generation. See the different type of prop some are wood some are plastic  If u noticed some are bent differently dat angle at which they are bent is called the pitch. A propeller is written like dis 2270 or 1520 The first 2 digit is the pitch while the last 2 digit is the diameter. For eg. A 2270 propeller has a pitch of 2.2 and a diameter of 7.0 inches. |
