Topic:WONDERFULLY MADE. Bible text:psalm 139:7-18. Memory verse:I will praise thee;for i am fearfully and wonderfully made:marvelous are thy works;and that my soul knoweth right well(psalm 139:14). A writer asked:Do you ever wake up,take a good look in the mirror,and tell yourself 'No doubt abou it,i'm fearfully and wonderfully made?' May be when you think about the person you are,words like 'average' or 'not bad' come to mind...if you ever consider yourself unremarkable or even ordinary,you are not seeing yoursel as God's creation. When we discover the truth that we are God's unique design,it is overwhelming. How do you really see yourself?.. Our text says you are fearfully and wonderfully made. Imagine the divine creativity that went into designing and making you from head to toe,a unique masterpiece! Like the psalmist,you should also praise God for making you in his own image with his divine attributer. God expects you to love him with all your heart,soul,and mind.(mattew 22:37)... |
