Play & Collect 5k xp and 20k gc to purchase tank and unlock the next mission

It has no cheat code buh

I currently have having 600,000xp and 800,000 cash. I already purchase the last vehicle Helicopter but the wouldn't still let me use it, whenever i select it for a mission, all the missions get blocked. i dont know what to do
