First, make God your number one.
2. Get short breaks of 5-10minutes every after 40 or 50 minutes. Avoid spending the resting time on phone because the brain will not have rested. You can do activities like listening to music, eating a snack, stretching, etc

3.Set your mind to learning what you read but not passing. If you set your goal as reading to pass, it will be hard for you compared to someone whose goal is to learn and understand. This also aids long term memory.

4. Take enough water. Recommended amount is 6 cups per day. Research shows that shortage of enough water leads to decrease of grey matter in the brain.

5.Try teaching others or acting like teaching. This help in better comprehension and long term memory.

6.Read harder concepts before sleeping and revise after you wake up. This will help to understand easily and even long term memory.

7. Create a positive mindset. It is very difficult to learn well if you are not emotionally okay i.e stressed, angry, or depressed.

There are many other tips. But do not be afraid how to apply them all. All you have to do is handling one by one until you master all.
