Yes it is,becoz bird don't have electrons in there body just as human has.yes u might be shocked. humans have eletrons in there body,this eletrons are like conductors that react when being disturbed,that is y we get shocked when we touch a naked wire.also have u ever observe a shock when u hit ur hand or ur leg on something unawarely,thats becoz of d electrons in ur body.
