Dr. Sola is a heart-kinded woman who lost her husband at her early marriage and have two children for her husband one boy and one girl. She was finding a good heart nanny that will be taking good care of her children because she is busy with hospital work. When sam woke up and he explain his life's story to Dr. Sola and she did not know when she started crying,she felt very much for him but the state/hosp. rule did not allow to do anything to him except taking care of him. The state/hospital notice how she is planning to adopt the boy since he has no home,so,they restricted that from her since sam is not an origin of the city. She tried her best to help him but all was in vain. The boy was later discharged and was left with no choice than to be roaming around the city he is not familiar with.
