NOTE this is not a jar file after downloading rename it fron .jar to .omb.If u have downloaed opera gx download this file and rename the extention from jar to omb and import it using opera gx browser the procedures are shown on the screenshot or open opera gx and click menu then; tools then;settings then; import and browse the location for this file then click ok and the ok again
